Hi, its Wendee....& AJI teach couples how to plan their microweddings and elopements, using systems and templates that I've spent years developing.
In 2012, after spending 15-years planning big wedding, I said "goodbye" to the hoopla and decided to go small! Since then, I've helped almost a thousand couples with my Intimate Wedding & Elopement Packages. I've realized that there are thousands of couples planning small wedding and elopements from their home states - either staying locally or traveling Nationally. Thus, I've created this online course to help couples plan their own small intimate weddings from their own backyards to anywhere across the country. I hope to see you there! ~ Wendee |
Is this for You?
Hey, let’s be real. This course is not for everyone planning a wedding. This course is special to those who whose vision is to have an elopement with just the two of you, on up to a small intimate wedding of 45 guests or less.

Does any of this sound like you? .....

How it Works: |
Example Curriculum: |
DELIVERY: For each lesson, there is a video with information and step-by-step explanations. I give you little chunks of “homework” activities that are attached to the videos via downloadable PDFs.
TIMING: Since you are all at different places in your planing, some have 4 weeks and others have a year, all the contents is downloadable AND available when you purchase. That means, you can watch them all in one sitting or you can jump around to whichever lessons you need. INTERACTIVE: Join our Small Wedding Workshop Facebook Group. You can ask questions about the planning process and connect with others by jumping in to the discussions. Essentially, we support each other by keeping the conversations going! |
Frequently Asked QuestionsWhen is the Start & Finish?
Because couples plan their weddings year-round, the course is available to start all the time.
How long to I have to access the course?
The course is available to you for one year. But, if your planning time is longer, let Wendee know and she’ll extend it just for you.
What If I need Extra Help?
There are several supports built-into the course. First, engage in the comments sections. Secondly, join our (soon to be - its open for a limited time) private Facebook only for those planning small intimate weddings. Then finally, if you need extra feedback, you can upgrade to VIP access and receive four 1/2 hour coaching sessions.
My wedding will be 100 Guests. Can I still Take the Course?
The short answer is yes. However, please note that there are many elements of a larger wedding that we don’t cover such as stationary, booking bands/DJs, reception speeches, banquet hall rentals, dances, taking RSVP and managing your guest list. Many of those elements are not needed when planning a small wedding of less than 40 guests. Because we focus on making small weddings meaningful with less stress.... and with that comes less of all the multitudes details when planning a large wedding.

Many typical wedding venues cost thousands of dollars for rental fees alone. Wendee shares her secrets for finding gorgeous, unique wedding ceremony sites that are often not advertised, specially suitable for small intimate events.
|
Module 3:
Your Agenda & Logistics Envisioning how the day will flow by setting up your logistics and sequencing early in the planning. This alone saves hours when booking & corresponding with vendors. You’ll receive templates that you can modify, creating your own “Agenda". We’ll present variations and ideas to the typical formats.
|
Module 4:
Lodging & Dinner Once you have your logistics outlined, you can get more specific on where you stay (if travel is required), and where to host your celebration dinner (or brunch) - whether it be in your own back yard with a food truck, at a favorite restaurant, or at a vacation home with a private chef!
|
Module 5:
Booking Your Vendors We’ll cover your main vendors such as photographer, officiant, florist, baker and hair + makeup. Some other optional vendors are videographers and a ceremony musician. We’ll provide you with what to consider in your contracts, and how to correspond with vendors efficiently.
|
Module 6:
The Details Now you can create your style-board with those pretty photos to include in your vendor correspondence. At this point, its okay to purchase a few of those supplies like a cake stand & server. You’ll get some bonus pointers, like how to hold your bouquet, and how to cut the cake.
|
Module 7:
Your Ceremony Though we recommend working with a professional officiant or clergy, we guide you with how to walk in, entrance and exit song ideas, poems or readings, and special touches like including kids - all focused on making it sweet and simple.
|
Module 8:
The Wedding Day We cover your final two-weeks preparations, provide you with templates for sending final vendor confirmations, and give you a DIY checklist to have a friends be your onsite coordinator, packing those commonly used emergency essentials.
